Get ready World…. Here I come!!!!

Been a real long time since I’ve wanted to create a blog. Well, that has happened finally (actually, about 2 weeks back) thanks to all my friends ( Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, to name a few) who have treaded this path before me. They have been my source of inspiration, their writings (or shud I say postings??? God, I still havta learn all these jargons!!!) have given me the necessary fillip for my first posting/writing (whatever!!!)

The word “blog” has really fascinated, or rather confused me I should say. The first time I heard from a friend (Pillai, I think) when he was busy preparing for his GREs. He told me of the various discussion blogs that gave you all the necessary info regarding universities abroad. I didn’t ask him, but felt awkward “Do you rely on advice from a blog regarding your future???” Ah well, it seems that’s the real funda everyone follows nowadays. Coming back to postings on blogs, I guess you gotta have creativity, talent or just about enough in your postings to have the readers hooked. Talking about creativity, take a look at these blogs:

Written by good friends of mine. The language is admirable and more so, because I never had the faintest idea that they could write so well. Talk of hidden talents, or probably coz I never bothered to find out. Simple things in life, day-to-day happenings that seem nothing out of the ordinary, things that normal people ignore….. Guess that’s all that’s required to have a posting, along with catchy phrases and language that makes one sit up and take notice. Maybe so, but it never occurred to me that I could even make a story of things that happen in movies nowadays.

Well, I guess that’s just about it. I’ve already run dry of ideas, or topics rather. Maybe I’ll save up something better for next time. Or interesting, or appealing, or catchy or……
And yea, if you guys/gals have read upto here, thanx a lot!!! I’ll forever be indebted to you!!!
